Me: Pooky, it snowed thirty-six inches today and the wind chill is a thousand below zero.
Mel: MOVE TO CALIFORNIA!

I'm still serious. California is the place to be. Why just yesterday Ray and I threw on our bathing suits from the picture and headed to the beach.
That is a great postcard! It's so hard for us Michiganders to us visualize California sunshine in our winter desolation. Thanks for being mean an sharing your postcard. ;) (I'm joking - In case you didn't know!)
Does your friend know anything about Baja California? Jeff and I may be taking a little very short trip there in March...but we know nothing about the area.
